I’m Marla Stegman, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Coral Gables, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and a former owner of multiple medical practices. I serve physicians and high-income professionals throughout South Florida, including Miami Dade, Miami Beach, and Broward County.

I understand because I have worked in that environment, and it is personal to me. That is why I chose to specialize in helping physicians.
